How to: Undo or redo multiple actions.
Solution:
Select the 'Edit' menu and select either 'Undo' or 'Redo'.
Do one of the following to undo or redo multiple actions:
1) To undo multiple actions:
a) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Undo'. (The last action performed is reversed.)
NOTE: The action to be reversed is indicated next to the 'Undo' command.
b) Repeat step 1)a) for each previous action to undo.
NOTE: Up to twenty previous actions can be undone.
2) To redo multiple actions:
a) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Redo'. (The last undone action performed is reversed.)
NOTE: The undone action to be reversed is indicated next to the 'Redo' command.
b) Repeat step 2)a) for each previously undone action to be redone.
NOTE: The 'Redo' command is available ONLY after the 'Undo' command is executed; otherwise, the 'Redo' command is the 'Repeat' command under the 'Edit' menu.
